"eSports" have been growing spectacularly the past few years and is now established as land of opportunities. A decade after the "social networks", it appears as the new unmissable media, completing messaging by proper engagement with the audience. In an esport competition, the link is not created by only posting texts but with concrete actions & purposes.

Part of this movement, SimRacing is developping as a branch but also follows its own route, thanks to its recent recognition by real world actors. It is specific because drivers & teams openly talk about using simulators for training or experimenting in spite of practice restrictions. It is particular also because its audience is larger : not only young people but every person passionate about cars & motorsports, of all ages (15 to 65 !) or location around the globe.

Also, eSports and SimRacing in particular are not only about competing online. A real eco-system of dedicated persons & companies, whether in hardware or software has emerged as a living & creative scene.

Your campaigns

With SimRacing-GP.net, your campaings fit in a corresponding context, through a transparent algorithm and with guarantees against abuses.

  • The ads are served randomly to the visitors for equality

Once your campaign has been approved, it remains active for as long as it is fueled with "Credits". The Credits can be bought freely (minimum 10€) and their allocation to campaigns can be modified at any time.

  • The Credits system allows flexibility and low budget campaigns (2 Cr. per view & 20 Cr. per click)
  • The ads cost Credits only if actually visible on screen (ad-blocker detection & scrolling position)
  • For each Visitor, only the first two displays per day and the first two clicks per week cost Credits

Terms & Conditions

Here after, you are designated as the "Announcer" and SimRacing-GP.net as the "Platform".
The following define the terms & conditions for displaying the advertising banners of the Announcer on the Platform website and specifies their respective commitments. By registering and requesting an advertising campaign, you recognize having read and agreeing them.

1. Announcer obligations

1.1Only a legal and identified representative of a company or organization is allowed to register in its name and request an advertising campaign. Further documents and informations may be requested as part of the approval process in order to verify this status.

1.2An advertising campaign is meant to promote a product or service commerciliazed by the Announcer. It is composed by at least one banner.
A banner is defined by an image of a product or service and a link to a landing page after clicking it corresponding to this product or service. It can also be geographically targeted to certain countries, based on the IP address of the Visitor.

1.3The Announcer provides the banners, in formats and sizes agreed with the Platform, like images .JPG or .PNG. He ensures the link to the landing page is correctly redirecting to the corresponding advertised product or service.
The Announcer allowes the Platform to use and display, for the purpose of the avertizing campaign, his logos, names and every other elements identifying him and that may be of his intellectual property.

2. Platform obligations

2.1The Platform is responsible for displaying the banners. Amongst the campaigns active, the one is selected to be displayed, according to an algorythm targeted to balance the interests of the Announcers and variety for the Visitors.

2.2The Platform provides trustable statistics, indicating the number of costing and non costing displays and clicks by Visitors. It is specified that, with regards for privacy, a Visitor can solely be defined by its IP address.

3. Purchasing advertising spaces

3.1The Announcer purchases advertising spaces on the Platform website via a mecanism called "Credits" that the Announcer must purchase at a price determined by the Platform.

3.2The purchase of Credits is definitive. The Credits can not be converted back in money and can only be spent throughout active advertising campaigns, or eventual other means determined by the Platform and agreed by the Announcer.

3.2In case the Announcer balance of Credits falls under zero, he would only be charged on the next purchase of Credits. The negative amount can never be requested from the Platform to the Announcer in any other way.

4. Campaign submission and approval

4.1 The products and images submitted as part of an advertising campaign are reviewed for approval by the Platform. Campaings can be rejected for legitimate reasons, inlcuding but not limited to violence, pornography...
The Platform can not suspend a campaign once it has been approved, unless a legitimate reason would emerge, like the product or the Announcer ceasing to exist commercially.

4.2 Once a campaign has been approved, the Announcer must allocate Credits to it. It then becomes active and part of the algorythm selecting the banners displayed to the Visitors.
A campaign remains active for as long as Credits are affected to it ; at zero Credit a campaign is suspended.
The Announcer is free to modify the Credits allocation of his campaigns at any time and for any amount, within the limits of the Credits he owns.
In case a campaign is suspended, its allocated Credits would then become freely available for other active campaigns. The Credits can never be converted back in currencies.

4.3 The display of a campaign banner costs 2 Credits, at the condition it is effectively visible on the Visitor screen, either entirely or by at least 90 pixels. If a banner of the same campaign is displayed and visible for the same Visitor more than two times the same day, it costs nothing.
The click on a campaign banner costs 20 Credits. If the same Visitor is clicking on a banner of the same campaign for more than two times the same week, the click costs nothing.
Credits costs and conditions can be adjusted by special agreement between the Announcer and the Platform.

5. Obstacles

Events preventing the Platform website to function correctly due to hosting malfunction or natural events are outside the responsability of the Platform.
In such case, the Platform will do its best efforts to minimize the impact of such events.
